Description	:	Theodore "Ted" Everard Witt, 84, of Faber, died on Monday July 23, 2012, at his residence. He was born on July 13, 1928, in Faber, a son of the late Robert L. Witt Sr. and Dora Mawyer Witt. Ted was a United States Air Force veteran having served during the Korean Conflict, a member of Mount Shiloh Baptist Church in Faber, and retired from DuPont with over 40 years of service. Read More	Theodore "Ted" Everard Witt, 84, of Faber, died on Monday July 23, 2012, at his residence. He was born on July 13, 1928, in Faber, a son of the late Robert L. Witt Sr. and Dora Mawyer Witt. Ted was a United States Air Force veteran having served during the Korean Conflict, a member of Mount Shiloh Baptist Church in Faber, and retired from DuPont with over 40 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Frances Burnett Witt; one daughter, Donna W. Rutherford and her husband, Rob, of Shipman; one son, Dale Mark Witt of Faber; one sister, Hilda Witt Green of Colorado Springs, Colorado; three grandsons, Christopher Rutherford, Daniel Rutherford and Jesse Rutherford; four great-grandsons, Michael Rutherford, Benjamin Rutherford, Elijah Rutherford, Llewelyn Rutherford; and a great- granddaughter, Faith Rutherford. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012, at Calvary Baptist Church in Lovingston with Pastor A.C. Smith officiating. Interment will follow at the Rock Spring Cemetery in Faber. The family will receive friends at the residence any time on Thursday, July 26, 2012 and Friday, July 27, 2012.
