He was retired from Inland in Dayton, Ohio. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Daniels Perkey of Lafollette, TN; sisters, Betty Jones and Patsy Burcham both of LaFollette, TN, and Charlene Melton of Kentucky; sons, Kelley Perkey and wife Jackie Perkey of West Milton, OH and Richard Perkey and his wife Betsy Perkey of Englewood, OH: daughters, Donna Johnson of New Lebanon, OH and Lisa Cash and husband Keith Cash of Knoxville, TN; special nephew, Bill Haggard and wife Ruth Haggard; special friend Velma Johnson; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011 with Rev J.T. Asbury officiating. Interment will be Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, May 6, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Campbell County Cancer Society .
