Description	:	On Sunday, July 16, 2017, our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Theresa (Sinz) Meek, age 88, of Wibaux, Montana went home to be with the lord. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM until service time on Monday, July 24, 2017 with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at the Silha Funeral Home in Wibaux. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Wibaux with Father Xavier Arimboor officiating. Interment will take place at the Wibaux Cemetery. Silha Funeral Home of Wibaux has been entrusted with the arrangements. Theresa was born on September 8, 1928 to Henry and Bertha (Quade) Sinz, at their homestead south of Wibaux. She resided around Wibaux her entire life. Theresa attended Wibaux schools and graduated with the class of 1946. After graduation, she taught at the Quale School for a year. On June 5, 1948, Theresa married the love of her life, Arleigh “Bunny” Meek. To this union nine children were born. She worked for various businesses in Wibaux throughout her life, as well as the contracted mail route. Theresa was a member of the St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters, Alter Society and belonged to a Birthday Club. She enjoyed traveling with Bunny after his retirement and loved spending time with family. She also loved playing solitaire, scrabble and going for nightly drives around town. Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Bunny; her parents, Henry and Bertha; her daughter, Sheila; her granddaughter, Brenda; her half-brothers, Ollie and Dave; her half-sisters, Mary, Flora and Florence and her brother-in-law, Tim Collins.
