Description	:	Theresa Kreikemeier was born July 25, 1913, in Monterey in rural West Point. She attended St. Boniface Catholic School in Monterey. She married Maynard Parr April 12, 1939, in rural West Point. After marriage they resided on a farm south of Snyder, then moved to Omaha for three years, then moved back to a farm south of Snyder. They moved to a farm north of Dodge in 1962 and lived there until retiring to Dodge in 1978. She worked in the kitchen at Parkview Home in Dodge for 16 years, and she retired in 1985. She became a resident of... Read More	Theresa Kreikemeier was born July 25, 1913, in Monterey in rural West Point. She attended St. Boniface Catholic School in Monterey. She married Maynard Parr April 12, 1939, in rural West Point. After marriage they resided on a farm south of Snyder, then moved to Omaha for three years, then moved back to a farm south of Snyder. They moved to a farm north of Dodge in 1962 and lived there until retiring to Dodge in 1978. She worked in the kitchen at Parkview Home in Dodge for 16 years, and she retired in 1985. She became a resident of Parkview Home in August 1998, where she lived to the present time. She was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and the Altar Society. Survivors include: two sons, Daniel and wife Dorothy Parr of Fremont NE and Tom and wife Lou Ann Parr of Dodge; two daughters, Janice (Mrs. Don) Ortmeier of Fremont and Patricia (Mrs. Roland) Rueschhoff of Columbus; two sisters, Marie Emanuel of North Bend and Bertha (Mrs. Paul) Steuter of West Point; a brother, Tony (and wife Patsy) Kreikemeier of West Point; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters, including one in infancy.
