Description	:	Thomas Edward "Little Ed" Griffin, Jr. , 82, of 190 Gano Drive, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. A native of Moore, SC, he was the son of the late Thomas Edward Griffin, Sr. and Ida Pearson Griffin. Mr. Griffin was twice widowed. His first wife was the late Ruby Waters Griffin, and his second wife was the late Doris Dill Griffin. He was a member of the Potter's House and a former employee of Startex Mill. Read More	Thomas Edward "Little Ed" Griffin, Jr. , 82, of 190 Gano Drive, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. A native of Moore, SC, he was the son of the late Thomas Edward Griffin, Sr. and Ida Pearson Griffin. Mr. Griffin was twice widowed. His first wife was the late Ruby Waters Griffin, and his second wife was the late Doris Dill Griffin. He was a member of the Potter's House and a former employee of Startex Mill. Survivors include three special children reared in the home, Angie, Jamie, and Tabitha;three brothers, Charles Griffin and J. W. Griffin, both of Reidville, and Richard Griffin of Gray Court; two sisters, Mildred Pearson and Doris Ray, both of Reidville. He was predeceased by two brothers, Bobby Joe Griffin and Wilbert Griffin. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 16, 2009, at The Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jose Ortiz and Rev. Ed Drummonds officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2009, at The Stribling Funeral Home. Interment will be at Westwood Memorial Gardens.
