He had lived in Tacoma for 25 years and resided at 4509 South L Street. Mr. Buchanan is survived by his widow, Arminda; a son, Fredrick of Morton; a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Harris, Redlands, Calif., a brother Henry of Tacoma and a sister, Mrs. Catherine Tullis of Tacoma. Mr. Buchanan was a member of the I.O.O.F. The body was taken to the C.C. Mellinger company's mortuary. Funeral arrangements will be made later. Death certificate says he lived in Tacoma since 1906. Per Death Notice.. other medical information. Patient not in hospital 24 hours. Under observation only 12 hours. Great frequency points to chronic interstitial nephritis. Heminlgia with residuals of apopoxy. Senile dementia and probably post apoplectic cerebral softening. No autopsy was performed.
