Description	:	Thomas F. O'Malley, 60, of 63 Center street, died Thursday afternoon at his home following a heart attack with which he was stricken between 4:30 and 5 o'clock. Mr. O'Malley was ill during the past summer but had apparently recovered. He was stricken suddenly and Dr. James J. Macek responded to an emergency call and administered medical aid but Mr. O'Malley only lived about a half hour. Mr. O'Malley was ill during the past summer but had apparently recovered. He was stricken suddenly and Dr. James J. Macek responded to an emergency call and administered medical aid but Mr. O'Malley only lived about a half hour. He was born in Adams, attended Adams high school and Bliss Business college, North Adams. He resided in Detroit, Mich., for 12 years as a young man and was employed by the Ford Motor company there. He returned to Adams in 1934 and had resided here since. He was a laboratory technician at the New England Lime company. Mr. O'Malley throughout his life was a great lover of horses and had owned race horses which in other years he entered in races at fairs and horse shows in many communities in this area. He was part owner of a Howland avenue riding stable for many years and at the present time owned a valuable riding horse which he acquired not too long ago. Besides his wife, the former Mae O'Brien of Lima, Ohio, his nearest survivors are cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the McBride funeral home. Burial will be in Maple street cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home from 2 to 5 o'clock this afternoon and from 7 to 10 o'clock this evening.
