Read More	Thomas George Tokarski, 69, passed away on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 17, 2011, following a two-year struggle with leukemia. His quiet courage and strong faith were an inspiration to all who journeyed with him through this ordeal. Tom was born on Sept. 29, 1941, to Stephen and Eileen (Leonard) Tokarski in Great Falls. He was the oldest of four boys. The family settled in Billings when Steve returned home from the Army following World War II. Tom graduated from Billings Central Catholic High School in 1959, and Carroll College in 1963. His interests and gifts were creative writing and poetry, in which he excelled. His professional career was with the family business, Parco Neon Sign Company in Livingston, where he worked with his father, Steve, and brother Joe. Tom was instrumental in keeping the business up to date by introducing computer technology into the design and production of their products. Following the deaths of both Steve and Joe in 2006, Tom was the sole owner and operator of the business. Tom was a longtime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Livingston, where he served as a communion minister, visited the sick and shut-ins, and served on the pastoral council. He was also very active in the Cum Christo movement in Montana for many decades. Tom will be remembered for his thoughtful wisdom, his humor, and his deep faith. He suffered through his final illness without complaint and with unswerving faith. This will be his enduring legacy to all who loved him. He will be deeply missed. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Steve, on Feb. 13, 2006, and brother, Joe on Sept. 28, 2006. He is survived by his mother, Eileen; and brothers, the Rev. Steve Tokarski of Billings and Mark (Hassie) Tokarski of Morrison, Colo. He has four nieces and a nephew, Michelle (Eric) DuBarry, Katie Tokarski and Stephen Tokarski, all of Portland, Ore., and Linda (Patty) Glantz and Annie Tokarski, all of Yellowstone Park, Wyo. He also has numerous cousins and extended family throughout the country.
