Mr. Ramey owned and operated Ramey’s Service Center for 30 years. He was a member of the Luray United Methodist Church. On July 11, 1971, he married Barbara K. Zirkle Ramey, who also died on May 25, 2015. He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Breeden of Mount Jackson; two sisters, Doris Jean Ramey of Luray, and Carlee E.
