Description	:	OBIT: Thomas Swan, a resident of the valley for the past 21 years, died of appendicitis yesterday at 10:30 a.m. at his home four miles north of the city. He was 66 years old at the time of his death and leaves three brothers, two sisters, and four children, also a wife and family by second marriage. Mr. Swan was born May 16, 1854 at Milbank, New Anna, Nova Scotia, Cold Chester County. He came to this state in the year 1874 and settled at Fort Discovery. Mr. Swan was born May 16, 1854 at Milbank, New Anna, Nova Scotia, Cold Chester County. He came to this state in the year 1874 and settled at Fort Discovery. He came to the Kittitas Valley and located in 1898 having resided here since that date. He affiliated with the Fraternal Order of Eagles. The body is at the Bridgham Undertaking Parlors.
