Description	:	Died following kidney operation. Evening Times; Cumberland, Maryland, Thursday, February 17, 1927: "Funeral services for Thomas Vincent Cavan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick T. Cavan, who died Saturday evening at Allegany Hospital, Cumberland where he was a student nurse were held Tuesday morning from St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, Barton, Rev. A. Scarpelli, officiating. The funeral sermon was delivered by Rev. Fr. Wm. E Kelly of St. Peter's Church, Westernport. The pallbearers were Nelson Clatterbuck, Ollie Peterson, Orin Welsh, Eugene Peterson, Thomas Jones, Joseph McCabe, Edward Clatterbuck and Julius McCabe. Interment was made in the church cemetery.
