OCHELTREE--In Tipton, December 12th, 1884, Thomas Wesley Ochiltree, son of Stewart Ocheltree, aged 18 years and one month. OCHELTREE.---At the home of his parents, in Tipton, on Friday, Dec. 12th, 1884, Thomas Wesey Ocheltree, in the nineteenth year of his age. Wesley, as the deceased was familiarly called, was born in this vicinity in November, 1866, and as a matter of course has lived here ever since with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Ocheltree. His was among the earlier cases of fever, and for long weeks after passing the crisis he lay in weakness and pain, almost without apparent change in his condition. All the vital forces were at last worn out, and he passed quietly away. He was a youth of kindly disposition and pleasant manner--at least one old lady with whom he was not even acquainted holding him in grateful memory for attention and assistance rendered while going with him on one of his last trips to Wilton. His funeral took place on Sunday, the remains being interred in the family burying ground, a few miles south of Tipton.
