Description	:	Thomas was the son of Moses and Clarissa Daniels. He moved to Decatur county in 1873 with his parents and spent the remainder of his life. On June 12 1886 he was united in marriage to Torica Cartwright. To this union was born seven children, all of whom are living but one daughter, who preceded him in death at the age of thirteen months. He was united with the Methodist church in his early manhood and remained a true and faithful member. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge of Davis City. Funeral services were conducted from the Methodist church in Davis City on April 9 at 2 p.m. by Walde Hear, followed by interment in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
