Description	:	Mrs. Tena Klassen, mother of Mrs. John Bruse, died at the latter’s home southwest of town, on Sunday, November 8, at the age of 91 years, 7 months and 6 days. Mrs. Klassen, born under the family name of Flier, first saw the light of the noonday sun at Rysum, Germany, on April 2, 1845. She was united in marriage to Henry Klassen in 1876, and to this union six children were born, four of whom survive, two still in Germany and two, Mrs. Bruse, and Jacob Klassen, Fargo, having come to America years ago. Mr. Klassen... Read More	Mrs. Tena Klassen, mother of Mrs. John Bruse, died at the latter’s home southwest of town, on Sunday, November 8, at the age of 91 years, 7 months and 6 days. Mrs. Klassen, born under the family name of Flier, first saw the light of the noonday sun at Rysum, Germany, on April 2, 1845. She was united in marriage to Henry Klassen in 1876, and to this union six children were born, four of whom survive, two still in Germany and two, Mrs. Bruse, and Jacob Klassen, Fargo, having come to America years ago. Mr. Klassen died in 1905 and his widow continued to live in Germany until fourteen years ago when she came to the United States to make her home with her children here. Besides the four children, the aged woman leaves thirty-four grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, who was born just a few days before her death. Five grandsons and one great-grandson carried her remains to the grave in the church yard cemetery. Blessed be her memory.
