Description	:	Toney O'Manley Whisenhunt, 55, of Cope, SC passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at his residence. Toney was born January 27, 1961 in Orangeburg to Imogene Davis Gray and the late Charles Samuel Whisenhunt, Sr. He was a graduate of Edisto High School. He was a Steel Worker with O'Cain Construction and a member of St. George Baptist Church. Toney loved watching family and friends playing Little League Baseball. Toney is predeceased by two brothers, Terry Eugene Whisenhunt and Charley Whisenhunt. Survivors include his mother, Imogene Davis Gray (Buck); two sons, Anthony Curtis Whisenhunt ( Amber) and Terry Damien Whisenhunt all of Cordova; one daughter, Candiace Tygar Cox (Matthew) of Orangeburg; one sister, Sharon Yvonne Smith (Randy) of Anderson; one brother, Danny Whisenhunt (Lisa) of Burlington, NC; five grandchildren, Charley, Masen, Kylie, Chevy, and Adalynn and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at St. George Baptist Church, with the Reverend Steve Dees officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service at the church. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Bennie Jeffcoat, Rev. Robert Templeton, Chad Priester, Jason Fogle, Rexall Dempsey and Marlon Dempsey. The family requests that memorials be sent to Gideons International, P.O. Box 118, Orangeburg, SC 29116.
