The former Tracy Sordrager was born December 15, 1893, at Alton. She was raised at Alton. She married Peter Keizer March 12, 1912, at Alton. The couple farmed near Alton except for several years when they farmed in Plymouth County. They moved into Alton In 1936. He died December 23, 1962. She became a resident of Northwest Iowa Health Center in Sheldon in 1982. She was a member of Alton Presbyterian Church. Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Rees of Le Mars and Ethel Noack of Sheldon; a son, Lewis of Sioux City; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and nine greatgreat-grandchildren.
