Trenton was born on June 9, 1972 in Ames, Iowa, the son of Jerry and Patricia (Muessigmann) Dakin. Trenton graduated from Ames High School in 1991. On June 13, 2009, Trenton was united in married to Rhonda McFadden at Don Williams. They made their home in Boone, Iowa. He was a member of Boys and Girls Club of Ames, Iowa. He loved camping, fishing, and hunting, going to the races and taking long vacations, playing pool and he also enjoyed spending time with his family. Trenton was preceded in death by his Aunt Joyce Dakin; Grandma Grace (Abbott) Dakin; Grandpa Warren Dakin; Grandpa Clarence Muessigmann; and his family dog Duke. He is survived by his wife Rhonda Dakin of Boone, Iowa; his parents Jerry and Pat Dakin of Ames, Iowa; brothers: Brent Dakin and his wife Amy of Middleton, Wisconsin, Travis Dakin and wife Becky of Boone, Iowa; his Grandma Muriel Muessigmann; three nieces: Olivia, Sophia, and Avery Dakin of Middleton, Wisconsin; two nephews: Ben McDannel and Carlos Chavarria-Dakin of Boone, Iowa; aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives; and friends.
