De Vroeg passed away at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Rodenburg on June 17, after a lingering illness at the age of 83 years, 11 months and 14 days. Mrs. De Vroeg is survived by the following children. Johanna Rodenburg, who lives in the Netherlands, Elizabeth Vander Steen of Leota, Minn., Marcus Rodenburg of Sioux Center, Mrs. Johanna Wynia of Sioux Center, Mrs. Dora Ruiter of Hull, Leonard Rodenburg of Lismore, Minn., and one step-daughter in the Netherlands, Mrs. Visser. One daughter preceded her in death, and three children died in infancy. She is also survived by one brother living in Valley Springs, S.D., Jacob Uitenhoven. Five brothers and two sisters preceded her jn death. She also leaves to mourn 50 grandchildren and nearly 50 great grandchildren. Mrs. De Vroeg had been making her home with Mr. and Mrs. Mark Rodenburg for the past year. Funeral services where held on June 20, at the home of Mrs. Dora Ruiter at 1:00 and at 1:30 p.m. at the First Christian Ref. Church at Hull, Iowa Interment took place in the Hull cemetery.
