Description	:	Truman H (Buck) Mosser died this morning in Garrett County, he was born Oct. 14, 1881 a son of the late Daniel and Ann (Barnhouse) Mosser. Mr. Mosser retired as an engineer from the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad in 1957 after 55 years of service. He had been employed as an engineer for 47 years. Mr. Mosser was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.
