True Cornelison, 20 years old, whose parents live six miles southwest of Lorimor, died early this morning at Greater Community hospital here from injuries received late last night when the automobile in which he was riding was ditched five and a half miles south of Lorimor on primary road No. 16. Ivan Younkin, companion of Cornelison and owner of the car, was seriously injured but will recover. Cornelison and Younkin were taken to Lorimor by a passing car. Because of the critical condition of the former, he was brought to Creston shortly after midnight in the Grandfield ambulance, and Younkin was taken to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Younkin, who live hear the Cornelisons. Suffered Fracture Cornelison was unconscious when brought here, due to a fracture of the base of the skull, and he died without regaining consciousness. According to meager reports of the accident, the car in which the two young men were riding, was ditched and turned over when it skidded while being driven around another automobile. True Cornelison was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Cornelison, and besides his parents is survived by a brother and sister. The body was removed to the Roland funeral home and later was taken to Lorimor. Funeral arrangements have not bee completed. - - - His great love for church was to song services. He had told his brother and sister he would be killed in an accident, believing everyone had their destinies marked out. Funeral services were held at Monette church, April 18, conducted by the pastor, Rev. R. C. McKray. The floral offerings showed the esteem in which the deceased was held by his many friends.
