Read More	Una Blewett, 92, of Sisseton, SD, formerly of the Raymond and Clark areas, died Tuesday, September 14, 2004 in a Sisseton Care Center. Funeral services were held Sunday, September 19, 2004 at the First Presbyterian Church in Raymond, SD. Burial followed at Prairie Valley Cemetery in Raymond. Una Caroline (Danforth) Blewett, was born April 27, 1912 in Raymond, SD to William W. and Caroline (Eastwood) Danforth. She grew up in the Raymond area where she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She also attended Raymond School, and graduated from Raymond High School in 1930. On January 3, 1938, Una married Albert H. (Harold) Blewett in Aberdeen, SD. After their marriage, she traveled with her husband on a gravel crew, traveling to many different areas of the country. After giving up traveling in 1943, Una and Harold started to farm northeast of Raymond. In 1948, the couple purchased a farm northwest of Raymond where they lived until 1993 when her husband passed away. At that time, Una moved to Watertown for a short time and then returned to the Raymond and Clark area. In 2001, Una moved to Sisseton where she entered the Tekawitha Nursing Home. Una enjoyed doing various types of embroidery work, cats, and whistling. Una will be sadly missed by her two children and their spouses, Ralph and Harolyn (Beth) Schmidt of Sisseton, SD, and Robert J. (Bob) and Luisa Blewett of Sioux Falls, SD; her sister, Helen Webb, of Pharump, NV; ten grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother, Carroll. The Arne Funeral Home in Clark, SD handled the arrangements for Mrs. Blewett. Sisseton Courier Sep/22/2004
