Description	:	From the Reveille Echo, 08/20/1908: Death claimed one of our highly esteemed residents on the road leading to Unity,early Sunday morning, in the person of Uriah Schultz. Apoplexy caused his death after a very brief illness, the first stroke occurring at six o'clock Saturday evening, followed by the final one at four o'clock the next morning. He was born 62 years ago in New Springfield and has always lived in this locality. Apoplexy caused his death after a very brief illness, the first stroke occurring at six o'clock Saturday evening, followed by the final one at four o'clock the next morning. He was born 62 years ago in New Springfield and has always lived in this locality. In young manhood the was married to Catherine Beight,to which union three children were born, two of whom survive,Curtis and Mrs. Sadie Neubauer. By occupation he was a stone mason, although failing health in later years necessitated his withdrawal from active work in that vocation. He was a man held in highest esteem and his death is a matter for regret, not only among the loved ones of his household but among those of the community as well. The largely attended funeral took place Tuesday afternoon from the house in charge of Undertaker D. W. Moore, the Rev. Mr. Geier of the Reformed church officiating.
