Tuesday in the chapel of Whitner-Evans Funeral Home in Bennettsville, SC with burial in the Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home on Monday. -Mrs. Clay was born in Peach Bottom, VA to the late Cleve H. and Eddie Mae Billings. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at 3312 Northside Drive, Suite 140A, P.O. Box 2065, Macon, GA 31203. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
