Smith of Beaver, in charge. Mrs. Eldon Kinsman served as organist. The hymns, "Nearer My God to Thee" and "What a Friend We Have In Jesus", were sung. Vera Jane, daughter of Samuel and Mary Oliver Inbody, was born May 2, 1902, In Greene County, and died Sept. 3, at the home of her sister in Ogden, at the age of 63 years, four months and one day. She was raised just south of Scranton, where she attended rural school. For the last 30 years she has made her home in Des Moines and was employed by Cascade Laundry there. She was preceded In death by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by two sisters, Ethel (Mrs. Warrie Hess) of Ogden; and Mrs. Mabel Adamson of Danville, Ind., two brothers: Floyd Inbody of Ft. Dodge, and Earl Inbody of Spirit Lake, other relatives and friends.
