Mr. Driggers was born in Pamplico on January 5th, 1923. He was a son of the late Henry B. Driggers and the late Ellen Alma Miles Driggers, and was married to Polly S. Driggers of Scranton. Mr. Driggers was a life-long member of Scranton United Methodist Church where he served as a Sunday School Teacher for many years. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
