(Lentz) Hilgenkamp, was born Dec. 4, 1907 at Arlington, Nebraska. She grew up in the Arlington area. She married Harry E. Giesselman on April 14, 1929 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, north of Arlington. The couple farmed near Arlington until moving into Arlington in 1980. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, past president and past treasurer of the Lutheran Womens Missionary League, and a past member of the Elkhorn River Extension Club. Giesselman on April 14, 1929 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, north of Arlington. The couple farmed near Arlington until moving into Arlington in 1980. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, past president and past treasurer of the Lutheran Womens Missionary League, and a past member of the Elkhorn River Extension Club. Verona passed from this life on Tues., April 24, 2001 at Arbor Manor in Fremont, Nebraska at the ag of 93 years, four months and 20 days. She is survived by as son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Carol Giesselman of Omaha; daughter, Lila Scheer of Arlington; daughter-in-law, Lois Giesselman of Seward; sisters-in-law, Leona Nieman of Wayne & Marj Hilgenkamp of Arlington; twelve grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry, who died Oct. 22, 1985; son, Harry Giesselman, Jr.; and brothers, Harold & Virgil Hilgenkamp. The family of erona Giesselman wish to thank you for your kindness and sympathy, and to invite you to lunch at the parish hall immediately following the committal service. Officiating: The Rev.
