She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Ervin Hensley; second husband, Clyde Blankenship; her sons, Scotty, Jerry, Howard and Darrell Hensley; Two sisters, Regina Basenback and Faye Chinn; one brother, Ferrell Basenback.
