John Miller of First Church of God will officiate and burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Hall, Craig Poncy, Bud Taylor, Eddie Wright, Harold Poncy and Gene Conder. She was the daughter of Frank and Birdie Berry Whipple and was born in Ottumwa on Dec. 24, 1905. She had been a resident of the Chicago area for the past 22 years. Her marriage to Claude C. Grear took place Sept. 3, 1939, in Missouri. He survives. She also leaves one son, James Grear of Chicago; one daughter, Gloria Wright of Cicero, Ill., and five grandchildren.
