Survivors include two daughters, Pat (Ron) Williams of Cedar Rapids and Linda (Terry Eldred) of Marion; a sister, Berry (Ed) Gorius of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren, Todd Williams, Tammy Roberts, Jeff Eldred and Eric Eldred; five great-grandchildren, Sara Roberts, Katie Roberts, Shauna Williams, Tyler Eldred and Annika Eldred; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; two sisters, Frances Holladay and Louise Evans; two brothers, Eugene Foley and Charles Foley; two siblings, Paul LeRoy Foley and Helen Pauline Foley, who died in infancy; and a stillborn sister, Genevieve Foley. Vincent was born Dec. 8, 1915, the son of Frank Patrick and Mary (Sadesky) Foley in Neodasha, Kan. Vincent was proud to have served with the U.S. Army during World War II, including five overseas campaigns in the European, African and Middle Eastern theatres. He married Phyllis Ledvina on July 19, 1941. She died March 18, 1994. Vincent worked at LeFebure for over 30 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of American Legion Post 298 of Marion which will perform military honors.
