Mrs. Phillips had been at her mother's home since last spring. Mrs. Phillips was born at Gilman on November 12, 1888, a daughter of the late Albert Clay. She was united in marriage with Mr. Phillips May 12, 1907. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by one son, Albert, age 9, and a brother, Lawrence Clay of Gilman. The young woman's father died at Gilman, November 24, 1910 [Should be 1900]. Funeral services will be held from the Methodist Church at Gilman at 2:30 Sunday afternoon in charge of Rev. J W. Ash.
