Roth and wife Susan of Manhattan Beach, CA, Elizabeth E. Benner and husband Stan of St. Peter, MN, and Marilyn K. Austin and husband Richard of Williamsburg; seven grandchildren, Timothy Benner (Becky), Carrie Martin (Sam), Buck Austin (Candy), Brenna Capon (Danny), Michael Roth (Cham), Julie Roth and James Roth; nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth, and two brothers, Ralph and Clyde Dennis. Viola Mae Dennis was born September 17, 1909 in Berthold, North Dakota, the daughter of Jesse Everett Dennis and Ellen Clarissa Gloyd Dennis. She received her early education in Sanborn, Iowa and graduated from Mason City High School in 1927. Viola married Kenneth Chester Roth on May 15, 1928 in Spencer, Iowa. The couple raised their family in Mason City, and retired to Apache Junction, AZ. Viola returned to Iowa and settled in Williamsburg. Viola was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She also was Treasurer of the Iowa Division of the American Cancer Society for many years. Viola enjoyed reading, traveling, birding, and Bible study. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church, Williamsburg. She was a wise woman who dearly loved her family and her Lord. From: klosterfuneralhome.com
