Description	:	It is with great sadness that we announce the death of a dear mother and grandmother, Violet Margaret McCullough of Harvey Station on March 12, 2004 at Pine Grove Nursing Home. Violet was born on September 5, 1924 in Tweedside, the daughter of the late Elvin and Viola (Thompson) Cleghorn. Before a period of failing health, she was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church and the Women's Missionary Society. She was happiest at home, surrounded by her family and friends. Read More	It is with great sadness that we announce the death of a dear mother and grandmother, Violet Margaret McCullough of Harvey Station on March 12, 2004 at Pine Grove Nursing Home. Violet was born on September 5, 1924 in Tweedside, the daughter of the late Elvin and Viola (Thompson) Cleghorn. Before a period of failing health, she was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church and the Women's Missionary Society. She was happiest at home, surrounded by her family and friends. She is survived by three daughters, Barb Barrieau, Darlene Hunter (Allie) and Karen Holt (Jack), all of Harvey Station; four sons, Wendell (Norma), Randy (Jennifer) both of Harvey Station, Rick (Annette) and Errol (Sue), both of Fredericton; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews as well as a sister-in-law, Florence Cleghorn; cousin Gladys Byers and best friend and neighbour, Orie McCullough. Violet was predeceased by her husband Edgar in 1973, her son Timmy in 1983, son-in-law Edmund Barrieau in 2003, her parents and a brother, Jack Cleghorn in 1995. Resting at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station with visiting hours Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 2412 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at 3 p.m. Rev. Bonnie Wynn officiating. Interment will be later at Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons Bob Barrieau, Michael Barrieau, Mark Hunter, Barry McCullough and nephews Corey Cleghorn and Neil McCullough.
