He married Maxine Daffone Pierce Aug. 10, 1952. She preceded him in death May 31, 2003.He served in the Army during the Korean conflict in the Wolfhound Regiment.He worked for over 20 years for Wapello Dairy, worked for 23 years for Ottumwa Public Schools and owned and operated Henry's J and M Vacs for almost 25 years. Ed Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery with military services conducted by O.B. Nelson Post No. 3 American Legion and Walter B.
