Hall and Hosea E. Poff. Jinks retired from Green Hill, Inc. of Elliston. She loved camping and traveling with her late husband, Kelly, and her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Kelly Mitchell, and her son, Kenneth Mitchell.
