In the short time that Mrs. Kibler lived after the development of Pneumonia she was constanley attended by trained nurses, Miss Thelma Leedy of Luray, being relieved from this position when another professtional nurse arrived from Chalottesville on Saturday eveing a short time before Mrs. Kibler's death. By reason of her partial management of the Kibler store she was well known in Springfield district and was regarded as possessing unusually good business qualifications. For a number of years Mr. and Mrs. Kibler and their daughter, Kathleen, have been living in the brick mansion near the Kibler Store at Springield, and one of her chief delights was in adding to the beauty of her home. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mayberry Sedwick who live near Fletcher's Chapel and was united in marriage to Mr. Kibler twelve or thirteen years ago. Before locating at Springfield Mr. and Mrs. Kibler lived for sometime in Bedford county, where the former was employed in railroad civil engineering work. Mrs. Kibler was a kind hearted, genial sociable woman and had many friends who will sincerely mourn her sudden and untimely death. Her husband, who is a native of Rappahannock county, is a brother of W. H. Kibler, the Norfolk and Western R. R. Station agent at Kimball and in his bereavement has the sincere sympathy of a host of friends, for few better men than 'Doc' Kibler have ever lived in Page county. Mrs. Kibler was about 33 years old and in addition to her immediate family is survived by a father, mother and several brothers and sisters. The interment took place on Monday afternoon in the Sedwick graveyard near her old home at Fletcher's Chapel, the funeral services being conducted by Rev. E. G. Helmintoller.
