Description	:	HARMONY-Virginia Lucille Trafton, 84, of Harmony, went home to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 21, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 7, 1931, in Wellington, Maine, to the late Myron and Susie (Goundry) Bussell. She was one of 14 children. She grew up in Wellington and attended the King Hill School. Read More	HARMONY-Virginia Lucille Trafton, 84, of Harmony, went home to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 21, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 7, 1931, in Wellington, Maine, to the late Myron and Susie (Goundry) Bussell. She was one of 14 children. She grew up in Wellington and attended the King Hill School. She married and resided in Harmony and always enjoyed attending the Evangelical Church in Wellington. She was a beloved treasure to many and the perfect patient. She cherished time with her family and enjoyed baking, gardening, shopping and playing games. She was the measuring stick for her grandchildren and they were always happy when they reached the milestone of being taller than Grammie Ginny. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Burlin Trafton of Harmony; their three daughters, Linda Bagley and husband Ralph of Harmony, Crystal Rackliff and husband Dale of Harmony and Mary Ellen Clark and husband Quentin of Dover-Foxcroft; seven grandchildren, Lori Cushing and fiancé Doug and her children Chayse and Jessie, Jeffrey Bagley and wife Roxann and their children Adam and Kyle, Chad Rackliff and his daughter Elizabeth and her significant other Kyle, Tom Clark, Lisa Rackliff Rice and husband James and their children Maverick and Montana, Rob Bagley and wife Kathy and their children Lindsay and Abbey and Ryan Clark and his children Zander and Brynn. She is also survived by her siblings; Glenn of Bristol, CT, Norris and wife Eva of Skowhegan, and Homer and wife Elaine of Parkman; two sisters-in-law, Winona Bussell and Elaine Hayden both of Harmony; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Amy and great grandchildren Coty and Monica, her brothers; Keith, Charlie, Luther, Raymond, Elwin, Wayne and Galen, her sisters; Evelyn Cuddy, Pauline Trafton and Sylvia Bagley. The family would like to send special thanks to her nurse Sandra Bacon who provided her exceptional care and the MaineGeneral Hospice Organization along with all those involved in making her comfortable at her home during her battle. A committal service will be at the Libby Cemetery, Route 150, Harmony.
