Description	:	Vivian Osgood the daughter of Harlie R and Rena E (LaFrancis) Osgood. She married 3 times. 1st to Edwin Leroy Davis on July 2, 1936 in Bethel, Vermont. He died on November 1, 1940 of acute peritionitis appendicitis. Vivian later married for a second time to Earl LeRoy Tewksbury on August 11, 1950, he died on February 5, 1968. She then married for a third time to Peter Paul Rotta, Jr. on October 22, 1970 till his death. She is buried in East Randolph Cemetery. OBIT - Rutland Herald, VT, Tuesday, April 13, 2004 BETHEL - Vivian Osgood Rotta, 92, died April 12, 2004, at Mayo Nursing Home in Northfield. She was born May 25, 1911, in Randolph, the daughter of Harley and Rena (LaFrancis) Osgood. She graduated from Whitcomb High School and Randolph Normal School. She married Edward Davis who died in 1940. She later married Earl Tewksbury who died in 1968 and Peter Rotta who died in 1974. Mrs. Rotta taught school in the Randolph-Bethel area, and later was the postmaster in Bethel from 1971 to 1977. She was a member of United Church in Bethel and Eastern Star Lodge 84. She enjoyed gardening and traveling. Survivors include two step grandchildren, and a neice. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph with the Rev. Steven Ellis officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in East Randolph Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
