Fellows died at 6:30 p.m. July 25, 1990, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Iowa City. He was born March 7, 1913, in Stewartsville, Mo., to Willis Leslie and Henrietta Armstrong Dice. He married Madge Taylor on July 29, 1947. She died March 4, 1963. He married Bea Simmons on May 25, 1967. He was born March 7, 1913, in Stewartsville, Mo., to Willis Leslie and Henrietta Armstrong Dice. He married Madge Taylor on July 29, 1947. She died March 4, 1963. He married Bea Simmons on May 25, 1967. A resident of Ottumwa most of his life, he was a painter for the Burlington Northern Railroad for 28 years, retiring in 1973. He served in World War II with the Army and was a member of O.B. Nelson Post No. 3 of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Bea; a stepson, Linn Simmons of Cedar Rapids; two stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Irene Knorr of Stewartsville, Mo; and two brothers, Loren of Stewartsville, Mo., and Ray of Nixa, Mo. He was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Carson; and a stepson, Keith Simmons. The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, the Rev. Loyd Osborn of First Foursquare Church officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery in Ottumwa. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today. O.B. Nelson Post No. 3 of the American Legion will be in charge of military services at the grave and will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the family.
