Description	:	The funeral for Walburgae (Val) Trzpuc, 94, Jamestown, formerly Marion, was Saturday in the St. Francis Catholic Church in Marion with the Rev. Neal Kapaun officiating. Mrs. Trzpuc died Tuesday, May 22, 1990, at HI-Acres Manor Nursing Center in Jamestown. Burial was in the St. Francis Cemetery. Walburgae Philomena Sarbaum was born January 29, 1896, at Gransville, IA, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Welchert) Sarbaum. She came to North Dakota with her parents as a child and settled at Litchville and then in Marion. She married John Trzpuc in St. Paul, MN, July 7, 1919.... Walburgae Philomena Sarbaum was born January 29, 1896, at Gransville, IA, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Welchert) Sarbaum. She came to North Dakota with her parents as a child and settled at Litchville and then in Marion. She married John Trzpuc in St. Paul, MN, July 7, 1919. They settled on a farm near Marion where they farmed until they retired. He died in January, 1988. She belonged to the St. Francis Catholic Church in Marion and the Altar Society. Mrs. Trzpuc entered the Manor St. Joseph in Edgeley in August, 1987. She went to the Hi-Acres Manor in September, 1989. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Howard (Marlys) Boughton of Montpelier, and Mrs. William (Patricia) Wieland of Edgeley, one son, Francis of Marion, two sisters; Frances McCarthy of Marion and Martha Howlscher of Carroll, Iowa, 24 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
