Description	:	KINCAID DISPATCH, MARCH 31, 1921 Wallace Lay, a 19 year old Colony boy, died in the Iola hospital last Saturday night from a gunshot wound. He and another boy were hunting rabbits that day. The other boy held the gun. Wallace, trying to raise a rabbit, got in front of the gun and it was discharged, the shot striking the boy in the thigh. By the time he was gotten to the hospital he had lost so much blood that his life could not be saved.
