Description	:	Garland Mr. Walter Eddis Rich 90, of 1745 Lamb Rd. Garland, passed away Friday August 28, 2015 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. He was born Febuary 21, 1925 to the late J.W. and Viola Bordeaux Rich. Eddis is survived by his wife Mildred of 71 years, children: Viola Marshall (Bobby), Elaine Carroll (Elworth) and E.C. Rich (Connie), 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceeded in death by infant brother Roland Rich, brother Paul Dixon Rich, sisters Mary Alice Jackson and Josephine Smith. Eddis was an oil truck driver for many years.
