Description	:	Wanda L. Warner, 73, of rural Keosauqua died at 7:55 P.M. Thursday November 15, 2012, at University Hospital, Iowa City. She was born March 8, 1939, at Richland to Carl and Elsie Johnson Deuser and married David Warner, Jr. September 21, 1958, in Birmingham. He died May 18, 1988. Wanda graduated from Birmingham High School and worked many years at Center Village Care Center, Keosauqua. She and Junior lived in the Bentonsport-Bonaparte area. She was born March 8, 1939, at Richland to Carl and Elsie Johnson Deuser and married David Warner, Jr. September 21, 1958, in Birmingham. He died May 18, 1988. Wanda graduated from Birmingham High School and worked many years at Center Village Care Center, Keosauqua. She and Junior lived in the Bentonsport-Bonaparte area. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and loved nature, including feeding goldfinches and hummingbirds and hunting arrowheads. She also enjoyed reading and doing puzzles when the weather kept her inside. Surviving are three sons, David Warner II (Dawn), Tim Warner and Dusty Warner (Kathy), all of Keosauqua, a daughter, Mary Lou Warner (Erin) of Des Moines, four grandchildren, a great-grandson and a brother, Willis Deuser (Joyce) of Fairfield. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Warren Deuser. Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Tuesday November 20, 2012, at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua with Larry Shipley officiating. Burial will be in Bentonsport Cemetery. Visitation will open at 3 P.M. Monday at the funeral home with family present 6-8 P.M. Memorials to the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at P.O. Box 280, Keosauqua, IA 52565.
