She was born November 24, 1919, to Hosea and Minnie(Trippy) Taylor at Christy, Oklahoma, Wanda married Arthur 'Jud' Sanders on September 30, 1937, at Adair County, Oklahoma. Wanda's life was devoted to raising her ten children and serving her beloved husband. She attended the United Pentecostal Church in Morton, WA and in East Wenatchee. She enjoyed gardening with her specialty being flowers. She also enjoyed feeding birds and watching the birds feed outside of her living room window. Wanda was an awesome cook and an excellent source for "stain or spot removal." Wanda's life was an inspiration to many people, especially her family. She was a great example of steadfastness, loyalty and love. "We will miss you, Mom and Grandma." Survivors include three sons, Ron Sanders of Marysville, WA, Art Sander of Wenatchee, Jess Saunders of Renton; five daughters, Frances DeVore of Morton, WA, May Ruth Hardt of Renton, Pat Jester of East Wenatchee, Gayle Crawford of Rupert, ID, Lisa Taylor of Olympia; two brothers, Clyde Taylor of Yuma, AZ, H.R. Taylor of Sheridan, Arkansas; four sisters, Mary Self of Centralia, WA, Myrtle Kindle of Proctor, OK, Jewell Berg of Tahlequah, OK. Betty Thompson of Lincoln, Arkansas; Twenty-two grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur "Jud" Sanders and two daughters, Rhonda Hughes and Jenise Trombley. Funeral services will take place at 1pm Monday, November 15th, 2004, at Brown Mortuary in Morton, WA. Interment will take place at the Morton City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Foreign Mission, c/o Christian Life Center 400 Rock Island Rd. East Wenatchee. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
