Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home in Muscatine. The Rev. Jim Trosen will officiate. Phyllis Jones will be the organist. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at Muscatine. On April 18, 1954, he was united in marriage to Norma Heussner in Muscatine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in general engineering from the University of South Dakota in 1950. He was a mechanical engineer for Stanley Consultants. He joined them in 1951 in the drafting department. He became head of the mechanical engineer department/power division as design manager. He retired in 1983. He enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his wife Norma Harris of Muscatine; daughter Katherine Harris of Muscatine; brother, Arnold Harris of Dell Rapids, S.D., and by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and by one sister, Leone Torre. Boards.ancestry.com
