Description	:	Wayne Dale, youngest son of Bertha and Claire Yowel, was born April 2, 1930 and departed this life February 17, 1931, aged 10 months and 15 days. In our limited wisdom, it is difficult for us to understand the mysteries of Providence, when we see the Silent Reaper enter such a young happy home and pluck the purest gem, but we can realize how free from all the trials, sorrows and sufferings incident to this mortal life, are those who are called Home while still so young, pure and innocent. In our limited wisdom, it is difficult for us to understand the mysteries of Providence, when we see the Silent Reaper enter such a young happy home and pluck the purest gem, but we can realize how free from all the trials, sorrows and sufferings incident to this mortal life, are those who are called Home while still so young, pure and innocent. The first few months of his life were a continued struggle for existence, but recently from all indications and from his bright smiles and playful manner, he had apparently overcome this struggle, and had gained a firm foot-hold on life, when he was stricken with that dread disease, pneumonia. All that could be done by physicians and loving friends was done to relieve his suffering and restore him to health, but the Heavenly Father had need of one more lovely little bud to blossom forth in Paradise. He leaves to mourn his departure, the fond parents, the affectionate brother, Bobby, the four devoted grandparents, and a large circle of relatives and friends. The bereaved young family has the sympathy of the entire community in their hour of sorrow. We commend them to the Divine Father, who is the mourner's friend and comforter and who said, "Suffer little children to come unto me and forbid them not, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven." ~Terre Haute Tribune, Feb. 17, 1931 edition, page 02~ (contributor kdxdot- May 2020)
