Description	:	The funeral was held Monday, Oct. 21st at 11 a.m. in St. Agnes Catholic Church, Kenmare, for Wayne L. Eby, age 58, who died on Thursday, Oct. 17th, in a Minot hospital. Father Joseph Adkins officiated at the funeral Mass, Mrs. Maureen Munch was organist and music was provided by the St. Agnes Church Choir. Casketbearers were Jerry Daley, Donald Johnson, Gerald Steen, Donald Norrie, Ronnie Hoskin, and Roland DeLong. He was born Feb. 4, 1927, at Kenmare, a son of Andrew and Evelyn Eby, and was reared here. He married Evonne Staaleson, Oct. 4, 1949, at Kalispell, Mont. They lived and farmed in Kenmare Township and also had farmed in Sauk Prairie Township, both in Ward County. He also was a contractor in the construction business in the Kenmare area, and during the installation of missiles in the area, he was a construction foreman for The Boeing Company. Due to ill health, he retired in 1974 and moved to Kenmare in 1976. He moved to Mouse River Park, rural Tolley, in 1982. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Mrs. Lorenz (Jacqueline) Weinmann, Lignite, Mrs. James (Sandra) Haugen, Butte, Vonita Thvedt, Casper, Wyo., Wenetta Eby, Minot, Mrs. Norbert (Pauline) Nielsen, Kenmare; nine grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Leo (Naomi) Schmit, Kenmare; two aunts, Mrs. Bea Greteman of Templeton, Ia., and Marge Roach of Manning, Ia.
