Bower in Knoxville. She survives. Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mr. William Hainline of Ottumwa; five sisters, Mrs. Genevieve Benedict, Mrs. Zelma Deborn, Mrs. Wyllys Mitchell, Mrs. Margret Streeby and Mrs. Peggy Smith; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Charles E. Smith Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. The casket will be closed at the beginning of the service. American Legion members will conduct graveside services and serve as pallbearers.
