Wesley I. "Hank" Steere, Sr., 88, died August 16, 2016.
He was the husband of the late Beverly T. (Howard) Steere. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Charles H. and Gladys (Brownell) Steere.
Mr. Steere was a laborer for General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, Ct for 20 years before retiring in 1978 and was a deacon at the Free Will Baptist Church in Chepachet. He lived in Glocester most of his life before moving to Harrisville in 2009.
