Description	:	Wilbur was born December 1, 1938 in Central City, IA to Owen S. and Violet M. (Knapp) Brislawn. He attended Marion High School where he played football and was a member of the 4-H club. After high school he enlisted in the Army Reserves. Wilbur was the owner of Delta Masonry, the largest non-union contractor in Denver, Colorado in the 1980’s. He built many schools, churches, 7-elevens, Walgreens, water treatment plants, and Concourse E at Denver International Airport, to name a few. He attended Marion High School where he played football and was a member of the 4-H club. After high school he enlisted in the Army Reserves. Wilbur was the owner of Delta Masonry, the largest non-union contractor in Denver, Colorado in the 1980’s. He built many schools, churches, 7-elevens, Walgreens, water treatment plants, and Concourse E at Denver International Airport, to name a few. He was known for being a pool shark and quite the jokester. He loved fishing and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was also a Denver Bronco fan. Wilbur was preceded in death by his father, Owen Brislawn; brother, Gary Brislawn; and granddaughter Cassandra Fisher.
