Description	:	Mr. Langley was born December 17, 1934 in Lecanto to William Theo and Annie Harriett Langley and spent his entire life in Citrus County. He started Langley Well Drilling in 1958 and was a member of First Baptist Church, Lecanto and Gideons of Citrus County. Read More	Mr. Langley was born December 17, 1934 in Lecanto to William Theo and Annie Harriett Langley and spent his entire life in Citrus County. He started Langley Well Drilling in 1958 and was a member of First Baptist Church, Lecanto and Gideons of Citrus County. Mr. Langley was county commissioner for District 3 for many years and a member of the Citrus County Fair Association where he was a past director. He was preceded in death by his sons: Wilbur H. Langley Jr., Gregory Langley and Darryl Langley. Mr. Langley was a busy man with a heart of gold and loved his big happy family. Just days ago he said he was happiest when on his lawn mower mowing the church yard. Surviving are his wife of 67 years: Helen Stokes Langley; a son: Kelvin Langley; a sister: Pearl Maynard; 4 grandchildren: Jeremy Wall, Clinton Langley, Jacklyn Langley Moye and Derek Langley; and 8 Great Grandchildren: Jeremy Wall Jr., Madison Wall, Emilie Floyd, Mackenzi Langley, Liam Langley, Gracie Langley, Justin Moye, and Logan Moye.
